  • How to begin?
    We recommend that you start by ordering one of our meal packages. They are quick to order and guarantee a variety that allows you to try a little bit of everything. We have packages for all purposes.
  • O que need to know before ordering?
    The concept of Food4Fitness meets a healthy lifestyle, with a careful and planned diet so that nothing goes wrong at mealtimes or even when hunger strikes in the middle of the day. ​ That's why our deliveries are made weekly. Which means you'll receive everything you order at once. Whether it's a small trial order or a 40 pack (package of 40 meals).
  • Until when can I order?
    You can place your order any day of the week. But if you want to receive your lunchboxes as soon as possible, you must order by Friday at 19:00. This way you will receive your order on the following Sunday or Monday depending on the address where you want to receive your order. WARNING: We advise you to always place your order by Thursday in order to have access to the full menu. The purchase by package can also only be made until Thursday.
  • Can I place orders after Friday at 19:00?
    You can place your order at any time, even after the weekly deadline. However, if you place your order after 19:00 on Friday, it will only count towards the next production, which means it will take more than a week to receive your order. New - F4F NOW Service If you missed the weekly order deadline, you can still place an order for delivery on Sunday or Monday. We always have a selection of frozen meals for quick delivery. Just ask for chat access to the "F4F NOW" page and place the order.
  • In which areas do we deliver meals?
    We ship your meals and snacks to anywhere in mainland Portugal and Spain. So, whether you live in Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Madrid, Barcelona or even in the most remote village, we'll meet you. The following is our delivery schedule: Lisbon, Odivelas, Loures, Amadora - You receive your order on Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Oeiras, Cascais and Sintra - Receive your order on Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. South bank of the Tagus - You receive your order on Sunday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. All mainland Portugal - You receive meals on Mondays from 09:00 to 18:00 in a refrigerated box. Spain - You receive meals on Tuesdays from 09:00 to 18:00 in a refrigerated box. You must submit your order by Friday at 19:00*. *Order closing hours may vary depending on stock availability. *We do not deliver meals to the islands. WARNING: Shipments made by courier in a thermal box may be delayed, especially during festive and/or holiday periods (eg Carnival, Easter, Christmas or sales periods). In weeks with a public holiday on Monday, delays or postponement of the delivery day may occur.
  • How is payment processed?
    Payment is by MB WAY or by bank transfer after completing your purchase. You must use the option "send money" to the contact provided with the purchase. You can also make a bank transfer and send the proof to the following email: info.food4fitness@gmail.com.
  • Is there a minimum amount to order?
    There is a very minimal value of €50 per order due to our concept and costs associated with shipping fresh food. *With the exception of orders that are picked up at our pick up point in Lisbon, which do not have a minimum value.
  • Can I cancel or return my order?
    Due to the characteristics of our concept and product (fresh food), each order is produced especially for each customer. Therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted, with the exception of the existence of an error or non-compliance in the order when it is reported to Food4Fitness on the day of delivery (The products must be checked immediately after their arrival). When it is not possible to deliver an order for reasons unrelated to Food4Fitness (eg: Impossibility of entering the customer's building, broken doorbell, absent customer) the customer must provide an alternative. (ex: Leave the order at the door, provide a new address no more than 5km from the address initially provided). In the absence of alternatives, the customer must pick up the order on the same day at our facilities. If this does not happen, a new delivery may be requested with additional costs. Food4Fitness is not responsible for the loss of items when an alternative for delivery is not provided within the 7-day validity period. Only 5 days will be considered when the customer's address is more than 10km from the company's headquarters.
  • How do I contact Food4Fitness?

  • Are the meals fresh or frozen?
    Meals arrive at your house fresh. They have a short shelf life as we do not use any preservatives, however they are packaged in a protective atmosphere which gives them a shelf life of 7 days. You can also choose to freeze them during their expiry date, so they are valid for 3 months.
  • What is the validity of meals?
    Food4Fitness meals are delivered fresh and, as they are made without preservatives or sugars that extend their shelf life, they have a shelf life of 7 days from their packaging as they are packed in a protective atmosphere. The lunchboxes can be frozen to extend their shelf life up to 3 months as long as you do so when you receive them. Frozen lunchboxes are the customer's responsibility as we cannot be held responsible for the freezing conditions of each equipment. *It is important to mention that the 7-day validity is based on the packaging of the products, and may reach the customer with less validity, depending on the day of delivery. **Salads, soups and some snacks have a shorter shelf life in some cases. ​
  • Can I freeze meals?
    You can freeze all our products with the exception of some salads with lettuce as long as you put them in the freezer as soon as we deliver them. If you do it this way, you have approximately 3 months to consume your meals. This is an estimate based on our experience, however, freezing our products is the sole responsibility of the customer. Because we can only guarantee the fresh shelf life (7 days), which is how we sell our products.
  • How should I heat up meals?
    Our meals are ready to be eaten. Just pierce the protective plastic with a fork and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. ​ You can also heat your lunch box in the oven. For this you must remove all the protective plastic but cover it with a paper suitable for the oven. WARNING: When you heat your lunch box it loses water and therefore intensifies the flavor but also the concentration of salt. Heat your lunch box just as long as necessary to bring it to a pleasant temperature. Do not leave it in the microwave for too long to avoid the risk of the food becoming salty.
  • Can I make changes to meals?
    We do not allow changing the dishes on the menu (eg exchanging broccoli for green beans). We do this to streamline our process so we can keep meal prices affordable. If you want a more specific customization, we suggest that you buy our single servings of just one ingredient to be able to make your meals with complete freedom.
  • I have food allergies and restrictions. How should I proceed?
    Our customers' dietary restrictions are a constant concern at Food4fitness. That's why we list all the ingredients on the sheet of each meal both on the website and in each lunch box. You should consult it before making your purchase. We prepare and pack hundreds of dishes every week, which makes it impossible to get the special attention your case deserves. That's why every time you buy a meal or a package, you should check that there's nothing on the list that you can't or don't want to consume. In case you opt for a meal package, we advise you to opt for the "free choice - via chat" to choose which meals you will receive.
  • How do meal packages work?
    To simplify your life, Food4fitness has pre-defined packages with meals of different sizes for different purposes such as Weight Loss or Mass Gain, among others. When you choose to buy a package, you will be able to freely choose meals from our weekly menu and light dishes within the limitations and rules of each package. *The choice of package constituents cannot exceed 5 units of each product. *When choosing the dishes in your package, you will have to consider whether the products you want are available. When a product is labeled "Sold Out" it cannot be included in the package.
  • How do 4 week memberships work?
    Some meal packs have a "weekly pass" option available. This option allows you to subscribe to the purchase of the same package and receive meals without having to order weekly. The subscription will be active until you request its cancellation in the chat on the site. When subscribed to the package, it must be active for at least 4 weeks. After that period you can cancel at any time. ATTENTION: The choice of meals for the week must always be made by Wednesday of the current week. Otherwise, we will make the choices so that you can still receive the meals. Shippings made by courier in a thermal box may be delayed, especially during festive and/or holiday periods (eg Carnival, Easter, Christmas or sales periods). In weeks with a holiday on Monday, delays or postponement of the delivery day may occur. The cancellation of the payment must be made 24 hours before the next debit is carried out. In case it is done later, the cancellation will only take effect in the next week.
  • Do meals contain Gluten, Lactose, Eggs, Seafood or Nuts?
    We have a wide variety of allergen-free meals, however you will need to check each one for its ingredients. You can also filter by category on the following page: https://www.food4fitness.pt/dieta Attention: We prepare all our meals in large quantities in a professional kitchen where we handle all sorts of ingredients, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the products are entirely free of a particular allergen. If you have a serious allergy to an ingredient, we advise you to consult a doctor before consuming our meals.
  • What are Low-Carb Meals?
    Food4Fitness has a Low-carb option for all dishes on the menu of the week, which is made up of a version with fewer carbohydrates or even without the presence of rich sources of this macronutrient. Ex: Grilled chicken + mixed vegetables Choosing this option in the packages means that you will receive the Low-carb version of the original dish but does not guarantee, in some cases, the total absence of carbohydrates. Ex: Cod Rice + Green Beans
  • Quando vou receber a minha encomenda?
    The day of your delivery is directly related to the day/time you placed your order. The order deadline is Friday at 19:00 which means that if you place your order after this deadline you will have to wait more than a week to receive your order. Orders placed by Friday at 19:00: Delivery on the following Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after Friday 19:00: Delivery on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (after one week). If you are in a hurry to receive some meals, you can place an extra order from our 24H* menu. Click here to place an F4F 24H order.
  • Are there shipping charges?
    Our aim is that customers only pay the price of the food. That's why we've reduced postage costs to a minimum. However, when the order is very small and/or needs special conditions for shipping with a cool box and ice packs, we must include the value of the transport cost. Deliveries in the center of Lisbon, Odivelas, Loures, Amadora, Sintra, Cascais and the south bank of the Tagus (on Sundays): Free delivery on orders over €50. Deliveries throughout mainland Portugal: Cost of €9.95 for orders under €110. Deliveries in Spain. €12 cost for orders under €110. Deliveries in thermal box to any location in Portugal and mainland Spain. (You don't need to be at home to receive*) Cost of €12 per shipment.
  • If I am not at home, how do I receive my order?
    If you cannot be at home, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can organize the delivery route. In this situation you have to ensure that someone can receive your order, even if it is at a different address (in the same area). In the event that we stop by your house and there is no one to receive the order, it will have to be picked up by you at our facilities in Lisbon or at the facilities closest to the carrier responsible for your shipment.
  • How can I track my Food4Fitness shipment?
    Orders destined for outside the outskirts of Lisbon are sent by courier as a matter of urgency. In a normal situation they always arrive on Monday from 9 am to 7 pm (excluding holidays) and the status of the same can be consulted directly with the carrier. In order to do so, the customer will have to request the shipment number from Food4fitness so that it can be provided at the time of contacting the carrier. IMPORTANT: Orders sent by this method may be delayed due to possible constraints of the carrier in question*. Such a situation does not happen often but it is important to contemplate this possibility. In these situations, the food is always packed in a self-cooling box. *Example: An order that is expected to arrive on Monday may be delivered the next day for reasons beyond Food4fitness.
  • Can I count on ordering for Monday lunch?
    Our concept is based on the delivery of meals for 7 days and not necessarily for lunch on the day of delivery. Monday deliveries are made throughout the day (09:00 - 18:00) but there may be delays, especially during festive seasons. WARNING: In the center of Lisbon it is very likely that your order will arrive before lunch time but this is not guaranteed by Food4Fitness. If you want to guarantee lunch for this day, we suggest that you order delivery for Sunday, if this day is available for your location.
  • How do I return shipping material?
    You can request the collection of your shipping material (Ice accumulators and metallic insulation) and earn Fit Points with this return. Return material from 5 shipments (10 gel packs and insulators) - You earn 100 Fit Points. Return material from 10 shipments (20 gel packs and insulators) - You earn 250 Fit Points. When you accumulate enough material for the return, ask for the collection in the website chat or by our whatsapp. Important: The material must be returned in a single box/volume. If it doesn't fit all in one, you should place the material in two but join them together with tape to form a single volume for the courier to collect. *Only valid for customers who receive orders in refrigerated boxes.
  • What material are the packaging made of?
    We use a material called PET, made to be in contact with food which, in addition to being safe, can be frozen, placed in the oven and microwaved. Furthermore, this compound is 100% recyclable. This is not the case with all other heat-sealed packaging options available on the market. ​ This is the best material for packaging food as it consumes the least amount of carbon to produce and protects the quality and shelf life of the products as a physical barrier is created that prevents gas exchange almost 100%. ​ However, we will always be on the lookout for news in the world of packaging and will make changes whenever this does not jeopardize our product and the safety of our customers.
  • Can I recycle the packaging?
    You can and should recycle your cuvettes. Our packaging and film are made from C-PET which is 100% recyclable up to 10 times. Do your part and put it in the yellow recycling bin because as important as your health is the preservation of your home. The planet earth.
